Welcome to Zappy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zappy app, website, virtual cards, wallets, and related services (“Services”).
By creating an account or using Zappy, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use Zappy, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country
We may restrict access to certain features based on location or legal requirements.
2. Your Zappy account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
You may only create one account per person, unless approved otherwise
3. Wallet, crypto & fiat services
Zappy provides tools to:
Store crypto and fiat currencies
Swap assets instantly
Send, receive, and request funds
Use virtual or physical cards for spending
Zappy does not provide investment advice. All financial decisions are made at your own risk.
4. Fees & pricing
Fees vary by plan (Free or Plus) and are displayed clearly in the app
Transaction, swap, card, and network fees may apply
Zappy may update fees with prior notice through the app
You are responsible for reviewing fees before confirming any transaction.
5. APY, rewards & cashback
APY rates and cashback rewards are not guaranteed
Rates may change based on market conditions or platform rules
Rewards may be capped, paused, or modified at any time
Zappy is not liable for fluctuations in returns.
6. Shared pools, split bills & social features
Shared pools are created voluntarily by users
Zappy does not control how pooled funds are used
Disputes between users must be resolved privately
Use social features responsibly and only with trusted participants.
7. Cards & payments
Virtual and physical cards are subject to third-party card network rules
Zappy may suspend or block cards for security or compliance reasons
You are responsible for all card transactions made on your account
Unauthorized transactions must be reported immediately.
8. Security & risk disclosure
Crypto assets are volatile and may lose value
You accept full responsibility for market risks
Zappy does not guarantee uninterrupted service
Always use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
9. Account suspension & termination
Zappy may suspend or close your account if:
You violate these Terms
Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is suspected
Required by law or regulatory authorities
You may close your account at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.
10. Intellectual property
All Zappy content, logos, designs, and software are owned by Zappy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Zappy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
We are not responsible for market losses or third-party failures
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you through the app or email.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws depending on your jurisdiction, unless stated otherwise.
